Release Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Release Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the Financial Services AMER Industry Demo Org, managing the demo creation process from concept to execution, including project management, backlog prioritization, and release communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage releases of the Financial Services demo org, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Utilize Salesforce and OmniStudio tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions
• Lead the creation and curation of open-source demo assets for the broader SE community

Required qualifications:

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS
• Proven experience as a Release Manager with Salesforce core and OmniStudio knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools and Git-based code repositories
• Familiarity with Agentforce or equivalent AI agent platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
