Release Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Release Manager will coordinate all CDP releases across multiple teams, manage change requests, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders during deployment windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination for all CDP releases, planning and scheduling across teams
• Manage change requests and prepare documentation for approval by the Change Advisory Board
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding release status, risks, and issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing releases in a software engineering or IT service delivery organization
• Experience with ITIL processes, particularly in Release and Change Management
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation concepts
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
