Release Manager

Job Summary

Ensuring the correct configuration items are assembled for application builds, the full-time remote Release Manager will maintain the release schedule, manage change processes, and facilitate communication between teams to ensure timely deployments that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the release schedule and ensure all releases are deployed on time while adhering to client expectations
• Review status reports and modify schedules as necessary, ensuring compliance with documented configuration management standards
• Coordinate activities among project personnel to facilitate deployment schedules and maintain operational readiness

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Configuration Management and Build and Release Management
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in environment integration or database conversion management related to release management
• Knowledge of Configuration Status Accounting and Reporting
• Familiarity with operational readiness and version definition processes
