Release Manager

Job Summary

Managing cross-functional release projects, the full-time Release Manager will design, plan, and oversee software releases and integration projects remotely, ensuring high-quality information security solutions across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of release projects from planning through deployment
• Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to schedule and deploy new releases
• Establish and maintain a consistent release process, including release calendars and readiness criteria

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in release management or technical program management coordinating software deployments
• Good understanding of common web application architectures and modern deployment practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
• Proficiency using AI tools to enhance project planning and team productivity
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience required
• Self-directed problem solver capable of driving decisions across teams without direct authority
