Release Manager

Job Summary

Managing cross-functional release projects in a full-time remote capacity, the Release Manager will design, plan, and oversee software releases and integration projects across multiple applications, ensuring high-quality information security solutions are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of cross-functional release projects from planning through deployment
• Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to schedule and deploy new releases
• Establish and maintain a consistent release process, including release calendars and readiness criteria

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years in release management or technical program management coordinating software deployments
• Good understanding of common web application architectures and modern deployment practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
• Self-directed problem solver capable of driving decisions across teams without direct authority
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar platforms) for project planning and risk analysis
