Release Manager

Job Summary

To support complex cross-functional network implementation projects, the remote Release Manager will coordinate service delivery, manage project phases, and ensure effective communication across teams in a 1-year W2 contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple interdependent projects to achieve desired business outcomes
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of network infrastructure, translating business requirements into technical execution
• Coordinate project deliverables across various service providers and maintain alignment with change and release calendars

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs
• Industry certifications in PMP and ITIL are preferred; technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus
• Strong background in IT service delivery, preferably within financial services
• Ability to work remotely in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and manage shifting deadlines effectively
