Release Manager
Job Summary
To drive release execution and ensure readiness for CCB milestones, the full-time remote Release Manager will manage Agile workflows and utilize tracking tools like GitHub and JIRA to synchronize capability releases across all environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, plan, and control the software development and delivery process
- Oversee the Release Management lifecycle, coordinating between teams and deploying releases as scheduled
- Act as the primary release liaison to ensure proper coordination between Scrum and DevSecOps teams and government stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Direct experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager in SAFe or scaled Agile environments
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA workflows, boards, dashboards, and automation rules
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team Agile planning, risk management, and release readiness
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with eight (8)+ years in software development
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
