Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager II to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle for software applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed release plans, schedules, and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Define and maintain best practices for release management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Manage deployment processes and facilitate post-release validation and feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in project management, release management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday
• Excellent analytical and coordination skills
