Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (Remote) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead ART processes, including Program Increment (PI) planning and execution
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while fostering continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related field
• 10 years of experience in a similar role, with potential education substitution
• Proven experience in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public trust/Suitability clearance
