Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer, Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall delivery for the Agile Release Train (ART), including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Plan and facilitate major SAFe events, ensuring alignment and prioritization of backlogs
• Lead and mentor a team of agile PMO professionals, promoting continuous learning and a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managing large, cloud-based software development
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in people management and team development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an RTE role leading a large ART
