Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to lead and coordinate Agile execution across the F-35 LogIT program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of the enterprise LogIT program and ensure synchronized delivery across multiple projects
• Facilitate Program Increment planning and execution, aligning priorities and resources across teams
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and performance while managing cross-team dependencies and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience leading complex DoD technical programs involving systems engineering and software delivery
• Demonstrated experience in an RTE or Agile program leadership role
• Deep knowledge of SAFe 6 Agile practices and experience with Agile lifecycle management tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Active SECRET security clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen
