Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile processes and ensure successful delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Agile Release Train (ART) by monitoring health and driving improvements
• Lead and facilitate ART level ceremonies, ensuring successful delivery of PI objectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to enhance Agile practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Engineer
• High-level understanding of software architecture and delivery lifecycle
• Solid understanding of telemetry and monitoring practices for Agile execution
