Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (Remote EST/CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Agile Release Train (ART) and drive improvements in delivery outcomes
• Lead and facilitate all ART level ceremonies and ensure successful delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to enhance Agile practices and resolve delivery challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Engineer
