Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to support Agile teams in delivering enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and SAFe practices across a Pega Agile Release Train
• Prepare, plan, and lead PI Planning events and follow through activities
• Manage and sequence the ART roadmap to optimize throughput and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years facilitating Agile delivery across multiple teams or programs
• SAFe 5.0 or newer certification (RTE preferred)
• Proven experience operating within large scale Agile or SAFe environments
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles
• Experience using enterprise Agile delivery platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally)
