Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events, including PI Planning and System Demos, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Manage Scrum Masters and support continuous improvement of the ART's delivery and flow metrics
• Coach teams on Lean Agile practices and foster a culture of servant leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in Agile delivery, with 2+ years in a program-level facilitation or coaching role
• Experience managing Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches
• Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and ART level ceremonies in SAFe
• Demonstrated proficiency with ART/Program Kanban and flow/predictability metrics
• Proficiency with Agile ALM tools and virtual collaboration platforms
