Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to support Agile delivery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support an Agile Release Train by coordinating planning activities and improving delivery flow
• Foster strong communication across teams and ensure predictable and transparent delivery
• Lead major SAFe ceremonies and reinforce Lean-Agile practices throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in Agile environments, including at least 2 years in a program-level leadership or coaching role
• Experience mentoring or overseeing Scrum Masters or Agile team facilitators
• Hands-on experience leading PI Planning and major SAFe ceremonies at scale
• Strong understanding of Program Kanban, dependency management, and risk handling
• Proficiency in Agile project tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
