Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of value for the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Facilitate Program Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other ART-level ceremonies
• Track execution of features and develop metrics for data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of program management experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery and implementation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Fluency in multiple Agile methodologies and experience in scaling across teams
