Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Delivery Manager (RTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex initiatives as a Release Train Engineer for an Agile Release Train supporting multiple teams
• Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Drive delivery predictability through effective planning, transparency, and proactive risk management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs with significant annual internal labor costs
• Ability to obtain PMP + RTE or SPC + Kanban certification within 18 months of hire
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in analyzing large datasets to optimize program performance
• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning
