Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

Leading Agile execution and delivery coordination in a fast-paced Healthcare SaaS environment, the full-time Release Train Engineer will facilitate cross-functional team alignment and continuous improvement while working onsite in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution using SAFe methodologies across multiple Scrum and Kanban teams
• Coordinate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and release readiness activities while managing cross-team dependencies and delivery bottlenecks
• Drive alignment between Product Management, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile Program Management, Scrum Leadership, or Release Train Engineering roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience serving as a Release Train Engineer within a SAFe environment
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks
• Experience leading enterprise-scale software delivery initiatives within Healthcare or Healthcare SaaS organizations
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Confluence
