Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

Leading Agile execution and delivery coordination in a remote capacity, the full-time Release Train Engineer will manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Healthcare SaaS environment, ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution using SAFe methodologies across multiple Scrum and Kanban teams
• Coordinate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure effective program delivery
• Drive alignment between Product Management, Engineering, and other teams while managing cross-team dependencies and risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile Program Management or Release Train Engineering roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer within a SAFe environment
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks
• Experience leading software delivery initiatives within Healthcare or Healthcare SaaS organizations
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
