Job Summary

Managing Omni Channel telephony projects, the full-time Release Train Engineer will ensure successful project delivery across systems and cross-functional teams while focusing on stakeholder coordination, risk management, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through successful delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate systems integration and data architecture projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans, maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering
• Experience managing Omni Channel and telephony-related projects
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture concepts
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional environments
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies
