Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting Agile delivery for large-scale HR data modernization initiatives, the contract Release Train Engineer will coordinate cross-functional teams remotely, facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project progress.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Agile Release Train for HR data warehouse initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through Scrum of Scrums and manage dependencies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or in a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience managing enterprise-scale projects involving data, analytics, or cloud platforms
