Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
To support the HR Data Analytics team in delivering a next-generation HR Data Warehouse on Azure, the contract Release Train Engineer will manage Agile execution and delivery, facilitate ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Agile Release Train for HR Data Warehouse delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Lead cross-team coordination, Scrum of Scrums, and PI planning while managing backlog readiness
- Track and report delivery metrics, drive continuous improvement of Agile practices, and communicate release plans to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
- PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience in managing data pipelines and integrations, particularly with Oracle HCM and Azure
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and business teams
