Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
To support large-scale release planning for WebLogic components across 90+ software teams, the full-time Release Train Engineer (RTE) will manage coordination efforts and assist program managers in successful program completion, starting remotely until fully onboarded.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a coordinated release plan for WebLogic components
- Assist program managers to ensure successful program completion
- Implement scaling Agile practices across multiple teams
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in release planning and coordination
- Strong background in technology related to WebLogic migration
- Experience with scaling Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with AI prompting is a bonus
