Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

Facilitating an Agile Release Train in a remote capacity, the full-time Release Train Engineer will coordinate multiple agile teams to deliver value predictably within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, leading program-level ceremonies and managing cross-team dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning and other program-level SAFe events
• Coordinating dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams
• Driving the Agile Release Train toward predictable delivery and PI objective attainment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for education
• Experience facilitating agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment
• Proficiency with agile project management tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
