Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the operation of the Agile Release Train (ART) remotely, the full-time Release Train Engineer will facilitate PI Planning events, manage cross-team ceremonies, and ensure predictable delivery of business value while promoting Agile coaching and SAFe framework adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate PI Planning events and cross-team ceremonies to ensure alignment and delivery
- Manage the ART operating rhythm and track metrics for Predictability, Flow, and Business Value
- Coach team members on the SAFe operating model and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum two active SAFe/Agile certifications, with SAFe RTE preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading software delivery programs
- 2+ years of experience coordinating multiple teams at the program level
- Experience facilitating at least 3 PI Planning events in prior roles
