Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of Program Increments, the full-time salaried Release Train Engineer will ensure alignment between business strategy and delivery outcomes while facilitating core Agile Release Train events in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of Program Increments across Agile Release Trains, ensuring alignment with business and portfolio priorities
- Facilitate Agile Release Train events such as PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt sessions to enhance team collaboration and delivery quality
- Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to improve Agile maturity and drive the adoption of Lean-Agile practices across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience, including significant Release Train Engineer experience
- Proven expertise in the SAFe framework and Agile Release Train execution
- Experience operating at Program and/or Portfolio levels, aligning execution to business strategy and measurable outcomes
- 3+ years of experience as a team-level or program-level Agile coach
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging Agile metrics for data-driven decision-making
