Job Summary
A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) & Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organizational change and align Agile transformations with enterprise objectives
- Coordinate complex program execution and facilitate SAFe ceremonies
- Coach Agile teams and stakeholders in SAFe best practices and promote continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- 10 years of experience with 5+ years in roles such as Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide SAFe transformations
- Advanced certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Active security clearance required
