Reliability and Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Reliability & Observability Engineer (L11).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems across infrastructure and application layers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; cloud certifications preferred
• Expertise in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like NewRelic, Grafana, and Prometheus
