Reliability Engineer 2

Job Summary

To support cloud platform reliability, the remote Reliability Engineer 2 will own availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response while troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring production readiness on a long-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response for cloud platforms and services
• Ensure production readiness through architecture diagrams, dependency mapping, and high-availability setups
• Track and optimize key operational metrics such as MTTR and MTTF

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar technical role
• Bachelor's Degree required
• IAT Level 2 certification (required)
• One or more Cloud certifications (required)
