Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Support Veeva, Sales Force applications, and web hosting platforms, including building DevOps pipelines and observability solutions
Collaborate with customers, developers, architects, and product owners to automate customer issues and enhance Commercial Application solutions
Measure and monitor system availability, performance, and health to ensure critical systems remain operational

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
Experience in system design consulting and developing software platforms
Knowledge of capacity planning and production readiness reviews
Proficiency in creating and scaling code for continuous system improvement
