Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Reliability Engineer, responsible for executing reliability tests on hardware components, performing failure analysis, and providing design recommendations, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans while compiling test and failure data
• Conduct statistical data analysis to assess product design risks and perform FMEA
• Provide design recommendations to cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reliability testing including mechanical and environmental tests
• In-depth understanding of failure analysis techniques and JEDEC/IPC standards
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills, preferably using Matlab, Python, or R
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Experience with semiconductor packages or consumer electronics is a plus
