Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support for the operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, implementing strategic asset management plans and conducting reliability analyses to improve performance and prevent equipment failures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage strategic asset management plans, integrating data from various systems to enhance reliability and compliance
  • Conduct root cause failure analyses and develop corrective action plans to prevent equipment failures
  • Perform equipment condition assessments and audits to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and maintenance effectiveness
Required qualifications:
  • BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) methods
  • Experience with building automation systems and data analytics
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and predictive maintenance technologies
