Job Summary
Executing reliability tests on Main Logic Boards, the full-time Reliability Engineer will identify hardware integration issues through FMEA, conduct system reliability testing, and perform failure analysis, with opportunities for both onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans while compiling test and failure data
- Conduct statistical data analysis to assess product design risks
- Research failure modes for new technologies and perform extensive FMEA
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in reliability testing, including Mechanical Stress Tests and Environmental Tests
- In-depth understanding of failure analysis techniques such as Optical Microscopy and X-Ray
- Strong statistical and data analysis skills, preferably using Matlab, Python, or R
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Experience with semiconductor packages or consumer electronics is a plus
