Job Summary

To support the operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, the full-time remote Reliability Engineer will implement strategic asset management plans, conduct reliability studies, and oversee root cause failure analysis to enhance equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and manage a strategic asset management plan integrating building automation and maintenance programs
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance maturity assessments and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness of reliability programs
  • Facilitate root cause failure analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies for critical assets
Required qualifications
  • BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical
  • Five to ten years of experience in reliability-centered maintenance and building automation systems
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
  • Experience in critical or regulated environments such as data centers or laboratories
  • Certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional are preferred
