Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Guiding efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment and processes, the full-time Reliability Engineer will define and refine preventive maintenance programs while providing technical advice to maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and administer preventive/predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage capital project life cycles and improve maintenance operations
- Provide technical support and advice to maintenance supervisors and planners, addressing daily maintenance challenges
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a reliability engineer in a manufacturing setting
- Proven experience in plant electrical projects and equipment installation
- Collaborative experience working in cross-functional teams
- Preferred background in extrusion, casting, fabrication, and mill-grade equipment
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes and engineering principles
