Job Summary
Focused on ensuring the reliability and maintainability of equipment and processes, the full-time Reliability Engineer will define and refine maintenance programs while providing technical advice to maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, and safety systems
- Define, develop, and administer preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Provide technical advice to maintenance supervisors and assist in managing engineering-related responsibilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a reliability engineer in manufacturing
- Experience with plant electrical projects and equipment installation
- Collaborative experience in cross-functional teams
- Preferred background in extrusion, casting, fabrication, and mill-grade equipment
