Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support for the operations and maintenance of buildings and equipment, implement strategic asset management plans, and conduct reliability studies to enhance performance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage a strategic asset management plan integrating building automation and maintenance programs
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop action plans to improve equipment reliability
- Perform periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical
- Five to ten years of experience with reliability-centered maintenance and building automation systems
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
- Experience in critical or regulated environments, such as data centers or laboratories
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analytics tools
