Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of reliability engineers, the full-time remote Reliability Engineering Manager will drive operational excellence, implement SRE best practices, and oversee critical incident management while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews and establish robust monitoring and auto-healing practices
• Provide leadership during critical incidents to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Drive root cause analysis and lead automation initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years in a leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of application design patterns and systems architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and hybrid cloud environments
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, Go, or Node.js)
