Reliability Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Reliability Engineering Program Manager will lead a team in applying reliability analysis techniques, overseeing performance evaluations, and driving improvements in asset reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reliability engineers and technicians, focusing on performance management and workload prioritization
• Establish and drive reliability engineering strategy, goals, and key performance indicators
• Provide technical guidance on reliability analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline preferred
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering and/or technical teams
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and best practices
