Reliability & Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Reliability & Observability Engineer (L11).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to improve application and infrastructure performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; cloud certifications preferred
• Expertise in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages including Python, Ruby, or Bash
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as NewRelic, Grafana, or Prometheus
