Reliability Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reliability Operations Engineer in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations and provide timely updates during daytime hours
• Respond to Tier 1 escalations using established runbooks and escalate to Tier 3 as needed
• Update operational documentation and runbooks based on new issues and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Reliability Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with operational environments supporting distributed or cloud-based systems
• Proficiency with Linux and ability to perform basic diagnostics
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana/Prometheus and cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Experience with incident response workflows and participation in on-call rotations
