Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in a remote, full-time capacity, the Reliability Operations Specialist will manage incident response, facilitate post-mortem reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in major incident response activities and coordinate efforts across teams during service-impacting events
- Facilitate blameless post-mortem reviews and track corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
- Develop reliability reporting for stakeholders and analyze metrics to drive platform stability and performance improvements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or a related operational role
- Experience coordinating major incident response activities and knowledge of incident management methodologies
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams
- Experience with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and reliability metrics is preferred
