Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote, full-time capacity, the Reliability Operations Specialist will manage incident response, facilitate post-mortem reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in major incident response activities and coordinate efforts across teams during service-impacting events
  • Facilitate blameless post-mortem reviews and track corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop reliability reporting for stakeholders and analyze metrics to drive platform stability and performance improvements
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or a related operational role
  • Experience coordinating major incident response activities and knowledge of incident management methodologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams
  • Experience with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and reliability metrics is preferred
