Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flexible Relocation Coach to provide support for relocators during their relocation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with relocators, serving as their main point of contact
• Communicate effectively with relocators to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the relocation process
• Manage complex inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery in line with company standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be based in the UTC-8, UTC-7, UTC-6, or UTC-5 timezones
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of major North American cities is beneficial
• No prior relocation experience is necessary as training will be provided
• Experience in customer success, personal assistance, or related fields is advantageous
• Adaptability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
