Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relocation Coach to support individuals during their relocation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with relocators throughout their relocation process
• Communicate effectively with relocators to understand their needs and provide guidance on relocation services
• Manage complex inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful outcomes for relocators

Required Qualifications and Training

• Must be located within UTC-8, UTC-7, UTC-6, or UTC-5 timezones
• Fluency in verbal and written English is required
• Knowledge of major US cities and lifestyle norms is essential
• No prior relocation experience is necessary as training will be provided
• Bonus for candidates who have lived or relocated within the US or speak additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Arabic
