Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relocation Consultant (Homeowner).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of homeowner transferees, overseeing home sale and closing services
• Administers client relocation policies and coordinates relocation services for transferees
• Builds relationships with third-party service providers and ensures positive service evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Council
• 4+ years of experience in employee relocation and domestic home sale counseling
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, title, or mortgage
• Demonstrated expertise with home sale programs and the U.S. appraisal and inspection process
