Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant I Domestic Relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer relocation policies and coordinate all phases of relocation activities for domestic transferees
• Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and transferees
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and identify cross-selling opportunities based on transferee needs

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience in a multi-task, call center environment
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• One plus year of experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field
