Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Providing high-touch relocation services, the part-time Independent Contractor - Relocation Consultant will assist employees and their families in transitioning to Atlanta by offering tailored guidance on local neighborhoods, housing, and lifestyle considerations, while managing multiple client engagements both remotely and in-person.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct housing and school research, and provide local orientation and navigation support
• Manage multiple client engagements independently, ensuring organization and follow-through

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of residency in Atlanta with extensive local knowledge
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 25 hours per week and work weekends
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems
