Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering high-touch, client-facing relocation services, the independent contractor Relocation Consultant will provide tailored guidance and support to employees and their families as they transition into Tampa, working both remotely and in-person based on client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocating employees by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct housing and school research, and provide local orientation and navigation support
• Manage multiple client engagements independently, ensuring organization and follow-through

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of residency in Tampa with extensive local market knowledge
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented capacity
• Familiarity with technology tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
