Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering high-touch relocation services, the independent contractor Relocation Consultant will provide personalized support to employees and their families transitioning to Nashville, utilizing local expertise to guide clients through housing, schools, and lifestyle considerations, while managing multiple engagements remotely and in-person.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocating employees by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct housing and school research, providing insights on neighborhoods and local logistics
• Facilitate area tours and coordinate with vendors to enhance the client experience

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of residency in Nashville with extensive local market knowledge
• Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role such as relocation services or real estate
• Ownership of a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong familiarity with technology tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems
